Founded in 2014 OMEX Technology Services Ltd was established to deliver a comprehensive range of remote and site based technical support services to the global telecommunications market.

The very nature of our service proposition means that we can support a various customers on various levels including but not limited to network operators, original equipment manufacturers and managed services providers. This also means we can partner with strategic clients offering them the ability to complement and enhance their own product and service portfolio.

Strategically located within Europe and can support customers across the continent but can also provide our services globally. Our team are highly qualified to meet the requirements of our customers but are also multilingual meaning we can offer the flexibility expected in the industry today. OMEX Technology Services Ltd is small but highly efficient and operates a 24/7 service desk meaning we can satisfy our customers’ requirements at any time, day or night.

Additionally, we can access local qualified resource allowing us to flex up and down depending on demand, which means we can operate a lean and cost effective operation, helping us to remain cost effective in this highly competitive market.
